Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel, Meeru Island Resort, surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and long stretches of white, sandy beach, is the only resort on the island of Meerufenfushi. Your speedboat transfer from Male’ International Airport is a scenic, 55-minute ride to this Eastern most resort island in the North Male’ Atoll. The rest of the day is at leisure, relax at the pool side or on sun beds by the beach.
You can explore the island on your own or you can go on an optional snorkelling boat trip. Experience the underwater wonderland, at the nearby coral reef. Rent snorkelling equipment from the Dive Center or purchase it from the gift shop. Remember not to touch the coral or any other marine creatures! It is illegal to collect live shells or coral. This boat trip is for swimmers only.

You can relax or explore the island on your own or go on an optional trip to Male. Photograph the sights in the Capital including the traditional fish market, the fruit and vegetable market, the President’s Palace, the Islami Markaz Mosque and the Sultan’s Park. Shop for souvenirs at the local shops. Plan your day accordingly as you have many available options like guided excursions including Snorkelling, Sunset Cruise, Male’ Sightseeing, Island Hopping, Love Boat Daysail, Photo Flight, Robinson Crusoe Island, Submarine Sightseeing, and more! All these optional excursions can be organized through hotel reception.

Today, you can go to the Meeru Windsurf & Sailing Center where you go on Kayaks, and Glass Bottom Boat. You can also go for a spa treatment, Duniye Spa provides a tropical spa experience for women and men, focused on wholeness, simplicity, purity and quality. The therapist’s healing energy combined with Asian massage techniques and using only chemical free, pure organic compounds follows a natural approach to caring for each guest’s health, beauty and well being. There are two Spas, one over-the-water and the other on land. Later in the evening, relax at the beach beside Dhoni Bar Pool or at the Kakuni Bar, with sports bar facilities such as table tennis, billiards, snooker, table football, darts, etc, or at the Club 1992 Bar aboard the Goma yacht anchored in the lagoon.
After five days of exhilarating holiday in Maldives, relax or go for last minute shopping. Then, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
