    Siem Reap

    On arrival at Siem Reap airport, you will be greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and transferred to your hotel in town. Go out and get a stroll around and catch a glimpse of this peaceful city. Siem Reap has lovely spas and wellness centres all over town and you can get yourself a relaxing massage to wear off the jet lag. In the evening, we have a special candlelight dinner waiting for you.

    Angkor Wat

    Today, you explore the amazing temple complex and spend most of the day in this fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site. Start at the South Gate of Angkor Thom City and make your way to the Bayon. Bayon Temple is made up of 54 towers decorated with more than 200 enigmatic smiling faces. Visit the Ta Prohm Temple before lunch. A picnic lunch is organised with local delicacies and fresh fruit in the middle of the temple complex. In the afternoon, you further explore Angkor Wat, the most famous and best-preserved of all temples within the Angkor complex. It is a massive three-tiered pyramid crowned by five lotus-like towers rising 65 meters from ground level. It is perhaps the most iconic of all the temples of Angkor. Late afternoon, you drive up to Pre Rup Temple for a sundowner cocktail and a spectacular sunset over the Angkor Archaeological Park and its surroundings.

    Life on Tonle Sap

    After breakfast, enjoy the cool morning and make your way to the Prek Toal Biosphere Reserve on the Tonle Sap Lake. Experience the mystical "flooded forest" and learn about the ecology and birdlife on the lake. The sanctuary hosts the highest number of breeding water birds in South East Asia and has created a novel approach to environmental protection. Have lunch in the floating village on the lake. In the afternoon, visit the community living on the lake with its floating school and market. On your return to Siem Reap, a relaxing treatment at the Tara Spa (for two) awaits you and then head out to one of the restaurants for a delightful dinner with a wine tasting.

    Fly to Ho Chi Minh City

    After breakfast, depart for the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon. At Saigon, take a short city tour which takes you through the Ho Chi Minh City Post Office, designed and constructed by the famous architect Gustave Eiffel with Gothic architectural style, Notre Dam Cathedral which was built in 1800s by French Architect with a statue of the Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace, in the park in front. Then, visit the Thien Hau Temple built in 1825 and dedicated to Thien Hau (Tian Hou) the goddess of the Sea and Protector of Sailors; China Town – Binh Tay (or in Vietnamese is Cho Lon Market), it is one of the oldest, mysterious and most interesting parts of Saigon. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure to discover this bustling city at your own pace. Relax at the rooftop bar of one of the famous Saigon hotels. Try one of Saigon’s many local beers or cocktails and enjoy a panoramic view of the city with live music.

    Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta

    Leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind, you head to the rustic countryside around the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, board the private 'Song Xanh', a small but luxurious boat that takes you through the narrow canals and tributaries with ease. The cruise begins with a visit to some local home factories where you can see how rice paste, coconut candies and other local specialties are traditionally made. Lunch awaits at the home of Mr. Huynh Thuy Le, “The lover” of Marguerite Duras famous novel. Back on board, cruise down to Can Tho along a beautiful narrow canal and pass under wooden “monkey bridges” and tiny typically Vietnamese villages. You can chat with the locals when you stop at the banks.In the evening, a candlelight dinner in an ancient house dating from the early 19th century is ready for you. Back on the boat continue to Can Tho. Overnight aboard the Song Xanh Boat.

    Mekong Delta - Can Tho- Fly to Phu Quoc

    This morning, the Song Xanh takes you to Cai Rang Floating Market, cruising amongst rice barges, wooden ship-building yards and locals drying fruits and vegetables on the Mekong's banks. You will stop for a while and can buy some fruit and local produce. Leaving the market, you return to shore where a private car and guide await you for a short flight to Phu Quoc Island. An undiscovered island paradise with warm clear waters and long stretches of sandy beaches. You have the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, a romantic candlelight dinner on the beach is arranged for. Your resort in Phu Quoc is a perfect blend of a seaside colonial mansion and a modern hotel.
